Refund policy

We want you to be able to purchase a subscription for Invsy with peace of mind that if it doesn’t meet your needs after extensive testing of the software you can still cancel and get a full refund. Therefore we have set the following refund and cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation and a full refund are possible if:

• you notify us within seven days after your purchase and
• if less than 20 input images have been used to test our service and generate renders.

The cancellation and refund request has to be sent to us via email to [email protected].

If you have already reached the image threshold, or more than seven days have passed since purchase, you can still cancel the plan according to the regular cancellation schedule of your chosen subscription period (monthly or yearly).
